Apparently some Republican senators were attempting to put a stop to all that hard-earned tax payer money being spent on abortions, by distinguishing between rape and 'forcible rape.'

This is usually the part where I start bashing my head against the wall.

Thankfully, The Daily Show had something to say about it. Even if I can't embed it damn.

Oh, and just to be clear, they've changed the bill to cover all rape, among some other things. So there is some hope for humanity yet.
