Leadership

My definition of leadership: Leadership means being able to direct people and resources towards a goal. It also means leading by example, and holding the interests of something more than just yourself, whether that be an organization, community, belief, ideal, etc.

Written for a survey. I liked how it came out, so I wanted to put it somewhere. May or may not continue this idea. I have others to get to, probably not tonight though.
