Monday marks my birthday and also the 40th anniversary of Neil and Buzz taking a jaunt on the moon.

I don't know what's got me more excited, but I am so ready for this weekend. I am ready for one or four martinis (with three olives), seeing an out-of-town friend, and horse shopping.

A horse. Waiting to hear back from the vet about his legs, but he does look like a possibility. I would not buy him; a friend is thinking about purchasing him, and I would ride and show him for her.

Thank you for the birthday wishes! Horse shopping did take place before martini consumption. Only thing that took place after martini consumption was more martini consumption. And then bed.
