o_O I can't think of one girl who doesn't have a wallet...
That said, I don't think a wallet really solves the fumbling-around-the-purse-for-something problem. It may certainly cut down on fumbling time, but I find that even when I keep things in my purse down to a minimum (cell phone, keys, wallet, gum, and sometimes a camera), I still end up rooting around. :\ Might just be me though, I tend to be a little scatter-brained sometimes.
I *am* really jealous of how dudes can fit wallets into their pants though. Pockets on girls' pants/jeans are usually just for show. :P Or at least, that's what it feels like.
:D Amen! Yeah, I think I was thinking/saying the same thing you did, just in a much more condensed version. XD ...Although I haven't had the experience of dudes asking me to carry stuff for them. I have asked Ryan to carry my stuff though, when I really just didn't feel like carrying around a purse.
And yeah, I totally agree with you on the clothing stuff. :P Girls will be girls, that's just how it is. Plus, as you said, our clothes are generally more complicated than dudes' clothing. My art prof actually commented on this once, and how she felt bad because guys clothes don't really have that many variations, and all the guys in my class were like, uh, we're totally cool with that. XD
Also, I am totally using "blackens my snapper" from now on. What an awesome phrase.
Practicality is always superior to change in a world that doesn't have time to have dinner with their families.
While it would be nice to change things, the complexity of any sort of change like this is a grassroots effort. Efforts to force people to change in this sort of way never work because of this.
In essence, your problem is actually solved by the last line of your entry.
