So I emailed Boardwalk to ask if they thought they'd have apartments available around the end of June since university kids get out of school two months before me, they might all barge into my potential home (only, better worded of course). Their reply:

As right now we do not know our availability for Cascade Lodge. If we are going to recieve any suites we will no the month prior. If you would be intrested in the othere buildings at Boardwalk Estates as well there ushually is availability at this time. The best thing to do to hold a suite would be that you could give us you name, phone number and type of suite and we would put you on a waiting list and call you when something comes available. If you have any other question you may call the leaseing office at (306) xxx-2317.

Okay. This makes me uncomfortable renting from a place that not only does not know if they have apartments available, but clearly have no kind of spell check, or knowledge of grammar. " we will no the month prior" oh good thanks guys I'll call the leaseing office then.
I'm just worried now, it won't be available and I'll be stranded with no where to live D:
