I'm at home 'cause I'm sick and dying and have got to make a miraculous recovery before tomorrow so I can get my backside into Regina for the loads of Christmas shopping still yet to be done.
I've still got to buy for everybody. Nuts 'n' beans.
1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? Neither. I have no spirit. D: Eggnog isn't as tasty as I thought it was, and I've never really been one for hot chocolate!
2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? Well I suppose he would wrap them too, even though in movies he just kind of sets up mini trains that go around the tree/living room and they certainly aren't in gift bags.
3. Colored lights on tree/house or white? Coloured!
4. Do you hang mistletoe? No but how darling. =)
5. When do you put your decorations up? Well I just did my room Sunday. My mother just did the living room Saturday I think. We're not huge on decorating.
6. What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)? Oh I'm not sure at all. Sorry. =\
7. Favorite Holiday memory as a child: I have no idea. Getting this massive, chubby huge christmas penguin? I loved the present Amanda got me in grade 8, and I'm sure one year or the other I was showered with Spice Girls books and posters and this and that which would have been excellent.
8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I must've been 4 or 5, my brother and I noticed the handwriting on the "from santa" presents was the same on the "from mom and dad" presents, and we confronted my mother about it ,and she said we were right lol
9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? No D:
10. How do you decorate your Christmas Tree? Oh nobody cares about our tree here, I don't think we're even putting it up. I put up my little miniature one in my room though, and it's got garland and blinky lights on it.
11. Snow! Love it or Dread it? It's pretty, but it's cold in your socks. D:
12. Can you ice skate? I can! I want to go so much but no one else has skates it appears.
13. Do you remember your favorite gift? Nope!
14. What’s the most important thing about the Holidays for you? Seeing friends. Our family's never been that close, so it's not a huge family holiday for me (and with an attitude like that, no wonder.. =o )
15. What is your favorite Holiday Dessert? I'm trying to think.. the last few Christmas breaks I've lost weight rather than gained, so I don't think the food bit is a big part of the holidays for me.
16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? Screwing up my sleeping hours to accomodate not-having-to-be-up-at-seven-for-schoolin'. Every year. =)
17. What tops your tree? The one in my room has this paper angel that I coloured in preschool and I've put it on the top of my little mini tree every year.
18. Which do you prefer giving or receiving? -.- I like the idea of giving better, but I'm always so mad terrified the person will already have/hate/someone else has bought whatever I get them, and it just scares me. I like it if I've got time to do the shopping, and know that the person doesn't already have/will like/no one else has bought whatever it is.
19. What is your favorite Christmas Song? No idea. I do, however, absolutely hate 'Santa Baby' and "SIMPLY. HAVING. A WONDERFUL CHRISTMASTIME."

If I'm not gonna go back to bed or do anything otherwise good-health-inducing, I should get going on these Christmas cards. I haven't mailed them yet, if I have your address. Sorry. D: Whatevs, it'll get there when it gets there.
