I laughed because I didn't want my house to burn down. Oh, and Next time I'll try to be a little gentler.

I've never set anything on fire. Well, okay. There was that toaster, but it was a very tiny fire.

Did that sound like I was complaining? Because I wasn't.

Be cautious of seemingly small things. Besides, we were talking about a stove, not a toaster. Who knows what could have happened. You looked in your element buttering bagels though, I must say.

Oh well then forget I said anything. Next time I'll bite harder.

I miss you too, baby girl. There's still a lot on my mind that needs to be figured out though, but I couldn't resist saying something. I love you both more than I can say.

True, some seemingly small things are actually quite dangerous. But in a good way. I would not have set your house on fire. I can be domestic when I want to be.

You keep talking about this "next time." Is this something I should get my hopes up about?

If you get the urge to be domestic, you can do my laundry, or I can set you up in a cute little apron and we can make cookies.

If it's something you'd like to be hopeful for. I don't see why you'd be let down.

I barely even remember to do my own laundry. And I don't wear aprons. Or bake. But I'll eat the cookies if you bake them.

I'll keep that in mind.
