Belated Oscar post.
So maybe I went a little overboard with the fake tanning shit. I'm stating here and now that it was Jen's idea. She told me that it would make me look healthy. Looking at pictures from Sunday night, I now realize that it made me look like a fucking Ken doll.
I enjoyed the show, and congratulations to all of the winners. Don't I have a great Spanish accent? Anyway, I have to commend Michael Moore for his tirade. It may not have been the best time or place, but where else can you reach so many people at one time? I think people just need to realize exactly what kind of person Michael Moore is and what kind of work he does. He's very political and very outspoken. I'm sure a lot of people would have been surprised if he hadn't said anything. That having been said, Adrien Brody and Nicole addressed the issue the best.
Why didn't I wear a pin when I'd committed myself to do so? I can't answer that. I can only say that looking back, I regret that I didn't.
