TUTORIAL ONE - translatable
I am a loser, and I forgot to save the base for this one, but it's something like this:
>>
TUTORIAL TWO - involves selective coloring, but you could probably get by with this
>>
TUTORIAL THREE - untranslatable to programs that don't have selective coloring
>>

Seeking for Redemption TUTORIAL ONE
1) Get your base, etc.
2) Your effects:
a) copy base >> screen
b) copy base >> screen
c) color layer #CDFCFF >> color burn (or burn in PSP)
d) copy base >> soft light
3) Merge all layers. (Or Flatten, in some programs.)
4) This step involves Color Variations. If you don't have it, it can probably be accomplished with a blue colorburn or selective coloring. OR ... you can just lower the saturation a little.
On Color Variations, move your color intensity to ~33%.
a) decrease red once
b) darken once
c) click okay
5) Adjust contrast with +10.
Voila.

Voila.
