On Food

Man, I have been eating so much junk (JUNK!) the past few months. I have a bad food-habit issue, in that if I give myself something (i.e. SUGAR) I will need to have it every day after. So I have to quit now and try to clean myself up. This will include but not be limited to:
water in large quantities
fruit and nuts for snacks
actually cooking dinner again - this is tough because I work several evenings through dinner time and don't want to cook or eat a whole meal at 10pm
being more picky! also be more prepared! I have gotten into the habit of buying food when I'm out which is gross and costly. More snacks in hand!
Not eating out of control at parties. this will be hard.
