Lately I have been spending most of my time working, not sleeping in my own bed or swimming. I had a pretty quiet weekend of mild relaxation and became a profiterole production line on Saturday night. Making the pastry, baking profiteroles in shifts, letting them cool, whipping cream, filling them rather delicately and piling them all ontop of each other. Then on Father's Day I served them with strawberries and hot chocolate. Yum yum.
It's making me feel a bit ill looking at the photo though because I am so full of food. Scott got his degree result today! A 2:1! So we went out for tea and I had the chocolatiest dessert ever, I feel a bit dizzy from it. I also got my exam results, I got 62 and 64 so I am maintaining my 63 average. I am consistent to say the least!
I got some photos from my lca developed too.
This is a sneaky one I took of the Loris Greaud exhibition at the ICA in London, I really liked how melty and bulbous it looked.
This is Victoria Park in Widnes which is where me and Scott met. We worked together selling ice cream in the little hut you can just make out in the distance.
Daffodils, Pepe and Scott!
