Polaroid to stop making film

This upsets me. Not like distraught and tears upset. More like a disappointed upset. I suppose we all knew it would happen eventually. Does this mean that eventually 35mm film will stop being made too? I really should take some more polaroids, but on the other hand, should I use the film sparingly? It will all expire evntually I suppose. Here are some of my favourite polaroids of mine anyway..in memoriam or something like that.
