the world of clubbing inspired me to write again
...i just don't understand the concept of clubbing. it's a world which i cannot access, no matter how many times i try. i'm like a high school kid attempting to do calculus and just not getting it. no matter how many times she practices the problem she never comes to the right answer.
why would someone like....
-a tunnel of an entrance that makes you feel like you're trapped in a cave (okay, i get that this one might have something to do with clausterphobia).
-intense levels of security that mean a teacher can't keep his pens, yet extremely drunk people have beer bottles in their hands. remember that you can have a pen on a plane.
-lots of stairs.
-really horrible music blaring really loudly.
-people looking at each other as if they are objects to be gazed upon (or more).
-those people being looked at wearing clothing that asks for others to objectify them.
-those people who are turning themselves and others into objects crammed into a small space in which you can't move without ramming into someone/thing else.
-dancing. ugh.
