Title: Loki and the Laugh
Prompt: "Intrigue" (though I'm not sure it counts...)
Rating: Er... PG? (I *hate* this question)
Words: 100
Points To: Me? *is confuzzled*
Characters: The Artemii
Genre: (I hate this question too) Um... angst/drama?
quickie note: this is supposed to be between TEC and TOD between evil!Artemis and moral!Timmy after Artemis does something Naughty. However, it's also supposed to be an extended Loki-Odin metaphor gone wrong, so hey.

Father was blind, not seeing the flitting ploys: only old tricks, old heartbreaks.

He thought it was funny.

Father didn’t.

Father watched the magician’s hands as they performed their magic tricks, watched for mistakes, imperfections-

The jester escaped, and laughed: Father is such a fool at times.
