27/03/09 - Peace house Showa, Osaka, Japan
Probably the thing I miss the most, despite only being here for 2 days or so, is central heating. Past two days I stay in bed till gone midday cause I like to lie under the blanket T_T Probably not helped by the fact that I sleep on the pile of futons next to the big window (I didn't wanna sleep on the top bunk of a bunkbed D<)
So anyways, yesterday we met up at Umeda and went for lunch and walked around and laughed at DVDs in shops and found awesome coloured PSPs. In the evening when I got back to the hostel I was invited out by the other brits staying here so we all went out for drinks in Namba, which was lols. The other three people I was with - Chris, Sally and Mark - are all traveling around the world. Sally and Mark are going on to Shanghai today by ferry and Chris is flying out to Cambodia next week :O so they had plenty of pretty interesting stories.
We managed to miss the last train back so I had to use my loljapanese to get a taxi back but we made it to Tennoji so nps! Popped into a supermarket on the way back and then sat around for a while before retreating to sleep.
