(no subject)
Woken up by fire alaaaarms. Not impresssssed.
Turns out it was just a fire alarm test I was unaware of but zomggg I got changed so quickly after falling out of bed because I'd rather sacrfice two minutes in order to NOT GET PNEUMONIA D: srsly it's so cold out there today, the thought of going outside in my PJ's, slippers and dressing gowns makes me cringe.
Oh lawd I hope nobody manages to set off the fire alarms with an aerosol everyagain when I plan on sleeping in.
OKAY. NOW SERIOUSLY. WHAT PILLOCK DECIDED TO DO A FIREALARM TEST AT 10:00am D: And it KEEPS GOING OOOOOOFF for like 5 second bursts every minute. GUYZ WTF R U DOIN? I didn't get to sleep until gone 4am last night, I know, 6 hours sleep is fine and all that, but I like moar!
AH >:O it's 11:10 now and it seems to have stopped, yay~ :D
OKAY xD yesterday was a-ma-zing indeed. Like I said previously, I wasn't planning on going to VGL, buuuut, as it happens, a spare ticket cropped up and I was invited along last minute. Very last minute, as in, get-down-here-asap-and-we're-leaving last minute XD NO MATTER THOUGH!
Couple of my school friends from Dorset were going too so that was cooool apart from they arrived even later then us from Waterloo, so I only just caught sight of them entering as we were up on the balcony dawdling around to find our seats. I can't remember the lineup entirely, I'm sure it's listed somewhere but I can't be bothered to find it right now.

They had two little competition things, allegedly my friend Cheryl on the upper balcony was jumping around like a spaz to get picked but she didn't XD aww. Music was brilliant, especially the solo pianist they had, who I cannot for the life of me remember his name o.o;; but still, he was amazing.
I ended up staying around at kahochan's house for faaaar too long and, as afore mentioned, staying up until 3am playing TF2, which I am decidedly hopeless at, but that may be in part due to my total lack of familiarity with Xbox hueg controllers. Or at least that's what I might blame it on! :D
AND ON A TOTALLY RANDOM NOTE XD!
I found out who's been leaving post-it notes on my door! There's three of them now and I'll keep them up there 'cause they're cute. Two of them are about penguins and the other says "Alice McZoology is queen of awesomeness" and then there's a little picture of a crown, handily labled "crown" with an arrow. Under which I scrawled out this morning "YAY :D". Teehee, it's Beth! We were chatting about it over lunch just now xD she saw my replies to them too :3 Need some post-it notes of my own to counter hers! >:O
lolol I also noticed just now she's gone and stuck "Here lives Jack the Ripper" on Alex's door. Which is weirdly accurate, because he really has a thing for knives :x
