The friend of my friend is back from Japan and he was able to take the manga of Tales of Destiny Director's Cut as well as volumes 2 and 3 of Tales of Destiny 2.
Not only that but... He also... Told me that those were souvenirs and that I didn't had to give him anything in exchange!
I'm so touched and grateful.
I'm on cloud nine.

I made my icon from a page of the seventh chapter of the Tales of Destiny : Director's Cut manga with Photoshop.
I don't know how to explain in detail all I did in English. I just managed to select the part of the page I wanted then I made a "new layer by cutting"(?), deleted the layer with the part I didn't want and put this background.

And I'm not updating because that friend have had internet problems so I weren't able to give him my postal adress. So he couldn't send them to me. He'll contact me as soon as possible.
If you mean in general, it's simply because I don't know what to say.

Why'd you use that background though? And do you post in any icon communities?

Ah, don't you think he might've lied to you and is just making up excuses? Sounds kinda fishy to me.
Well you should find something to update about then!

I chose this background because the day I made the icon it looked good. I don't post much in icon communities.

As for my friend, I have perfect faith in him. He's not the kind of guy who lies like that. ^^

I used Photoshop, sorry.
As for that Deliciouschild's journal, most of his/her entries are marked "You are about to view content that may not be appropriate for minors." That kind of journal doesn't interest me

It has no adult content though. It's marked like that because it is AMUSING. I'm sure that the content will interest you. Unless you're a sad sap with no sense of humor.

I went to see and there are indeed no mature content and some funny suff. ^^
