Of course I miss it and wish to return. I doubt you'd find many people saying otherwise. As for why I must return, it is my duty to be there for my emperor and royal family.

But there is always another side to doubt, you know.

And why is that? What loyalty do you owe them?

As true as that may be, I can't imagine why anyone would prefer remaining here over returning home.

As for your question, a better one would be "what loyalty do I not owe them?" My emperor and his family have served and protected me for hundreds of years. I would not be who I am today were it not for them.

Have you not heard? Some claim they are 'dead' in their world. Or else I'm mistaken and this is a place for the afterlife.

And why have they protected you? You feel nostalgic.

If this were a place for the afterlife, I would certainly not be here. I would have remembered dying, I believe.

Why would they not protect me? Without me, they would not have the sort of life they prefer to live.

It isn't, for it's not possible for me.

And who are you, that they would do so much?

I am their country, of course. It is only natural that a royal family would defend their country, is it not?
