Hey Everyone!
Yeah, it's been a while. No, I'm not going to make excuses. Why? Because you've heard them all before. So I'll skip that and just go into some stuff.
It was very alarming. The other day, I smelt spring. Spring has a very distinctive smell. It's like a cool breeze passing through warm, lazy air. It's a cool smell, really, and I love it when you get a whiff of spring while it's still pretty much winter. However, spring also brings some alarm. If you're a long-time reader (which is almost impossible, really... who would keep up with me after so many absences?) then you'll understand my trepidation towards spring. That same smell that lifts up my heart also reminds me to be wary, and wary I shall be, though I doubt that it will help. There has yet been a spring that I have not fell pray to!
Anyway, I'm gonna do something I rarely do: Pitch. Okay, let me put it to you strait. If you're at all into mythology, psychology, or spirituality then you've got to read [i]The Hero With A Thousand Faces[/i] by Joseph Campbell. I just finished reading it. It's one of those books where you're reading it and you're saying silently to yourself "Dude! This makes so much sense!" It's great. I've even incorporated some of the cooler elements into the big RP that I'm running on PO. It's most awesome.
