actually, the quote you referred to is (my italicized emphasis):

i'm sorry to hear that you feel like anyone tried to force anything on you, ever... you know how i feel about that, though: relationships should be safe, sane, and consensual -- based on honesty, openness, and responsibility. given those conditions, you must be accountable for your choice of whether or not to participate in any relationship. yes, it is important for lovers to face their jealousy. from "polyamory sounbites," comes this statement: "Jealousy is a natural emotion and is a signal that additional communication and negotiation must occur in order to keep the relationship healthy."
