Oddly enough, this comet was "lost" between 1906-1942. Curiouser still, it was in 1906 that Lovecraft's words were first seen in print... as well as the same year that one of the closest in Loveraft's inner circle of fellow authors, Robert E.Howard was born... although this strangely bonded pair of writers would both pass away under tragic circumstances within a year of one another between 1936 & 1937, just as the world began to bear witness to the true horrors of the brewing Second World War.
