I know nothing about Serenity but just for fun I checked out the questions and was especially amused by:

"Have you ever had government funded experiments done on you?"

Dude... anyone in public education in this country can answer a resounding YES to that one. hehe!

the experiements that are being referred to are something like a sci-fi version of MKULTRA... perhaps like "Jacob's Ladder" set in the future?

Certainly, those are the more nefarious plots. I do like to consider the United States' public educational system as its own large scale, multigenerational social experiment, especially when attempting to deprogram my less personally preferred training, i.e. perfectionism.

Still haven't seen Jacob's Ladder but it is in the Q.
Oh, and I certainly enjoyed Borat, but it didn't wow me. Too much buildup from others' recommendations, methinks.

It sounds like the end of your evening was rather intense... Remember when in doubt, follow the trail of chocolate covered cacao beans. They are bound to leave somewhere good. ;-)

and although this original post was made earlier in the afternoon while i was still @ work; i am fairly certain that anytime i were to embody the role of river tam, i would feel the intensity...

Silly me! Yes, I was thinking this was very early this morning/ last night. Sometimes they kind of blur together. :-)

Now I'm curious to see the R.TAM video interviews... maybe once I'm home tonight.
