New Website and Catching Up
Today I started this site, http://mystrawberrybrooms.8m.com after a full day of running errands, as a destress. I had been planning on making a site called My Strawberry Brooms anyway but hadn't gotten around to it since my computer went down. My laptop is also under repairs too. It's true when they say that when it rains it pours. I wrote the Lolita Etiquette article as my first contribution to the site after remembering a Lolita I saw today who walked in a not so Lolita manner and also strangely wasn't wearing bloomers and a petticoat. I figure she was simply a beginner who hadn't yet gotten around to aquiring such items yet. At least that is what I hope.
Other than that I surfed around the internet today gawking at the Hello Kitty Stratocaster by Sanrio and Fender. I probably shouldn't be because it is simply torture that I cannot yet afford the guitar and that I can't afford to restring my beginners electric just yet either. Hopefully I will soon. The second I get $10 to spare I will restring them and get cracking at practicing. I also unfortunately need a new amp too.
I am excited to get started on using my new ruffler and hemming foot on my sewing machine but I have to read an ebook on how to use it first. Right now it's sounding like gibberish since I'm tired. It's such a good ebook that I want to look at it with a fresh mind and fresh cup of coffee before i get started on it so it's greatness can implant itself into my head. :P
Since we've gotten the internet back I've been remanicing with many people that I hadn't talked to in a while. My heart goes out to all of them for their triumphs, hardships, and work related lulls in their lives.
Off to try my hand at inking one of Batz's drawings. Just to see how we differ in ink jobs in our artwork.]
