Met up with a friend, wellness, and education funds.

So I met up with my friend Dave today. I hadn't seen him in years. I think things went well, he seems to be doing well right now.

I was able to go out on my own today for a little bit, which is BIG progress. I suffered some anxiety walking in the outdoors areas by myself, but when I got into the mall areas I was ok. So at least I know the larger sizes of enclosed spaces aren't so terrifying for me anymore, as long as I have my hubby on standby, via cell phone, and the enclosed space isn't as massive as the Eaton Centre. (Eaton Centre alone ~shudders at the thought of the massive space all alone~) So lots of progress today.

I found a school I really want to go to with my hubby. It's part time and worth every penny since it provides all the equipment and stuff. A tattooing school. It's so difficult to get an apprenticeship now a days (from what I hear) I figure this would be the best way to start. With an education. I want to take it soon, next year. So I need to raise the funds to be able to attend. It's $3000 per student (all equipment provided). I'm wondering how I am going to be able to do that considering I am still not capable of handling a job on my own because of my disorders. I was thinking I will have to sell some crafts and art work. I am thinking maybe even doing commission artwork for cheap would be a good idea. If I lower my price to $35 a piece on 11x14 card stock, maybe I can get some clients. As for where to advertise I am thinking Etsy and Ebay. $10 can go to my home business and supplies, the rest can go towards saving up for tattoo school. So I just need 120 customers. @_@ OMG that's a lot of people. That's a lot of carpel tunnel syndrome! Oh man have I got my work cut out for me. It'll be worth every bit of hard work and every penny though! I must do it! I will do it! Wish me luck LJ I'm on my way to make me some monies!
