AFC South:
1. Indianapolis 12-4 (Luck will be even better and the roster is better)
2. Jacksonville 8-8 (Bortles looks impressive, Gus Bradley might be the real deal)
3. Houston 6-10 (No quarterback will be a huge problem)
4. Tennessee 5-11 (Locker isn't proven, defense lost some good players)
AFC East:
1. New England 13-3 (Revis might put these guys over the top)
2. Miami 9-7 (Not enough has changed to make me think they'll be anything but average)
3. Buffalo 7-9 (Manuel had better watch out considering Kyle Orton is being paid $5 mil to back him up, Watkins is a beast if he can stay healthy, losing Byrd hurts)
4. NY Jets 5-11 (Geno Smith is awful, offense sucks, they'll need a top-5 defense to bail them out of games)
AFC North:
1. Baltimore 11-5 (Gary Kubiak will make this team better offensively, defense should be solid)
2. Cincinnati 10-6 (Awesome roster will continue to underachieve unless Dalton steps it up)
3. Pittsburgh 8-8 (Still rebuilding a bit, they'll need Ben to have his best season ever to make the playoffs)
4. Cleveland 3-13 (They'll bench Hoyer for Manziel after a few games and he'll take some major rookie lumps)
AFC West:
1. Denver 12-4 (As long as Peyton stays healthy, he's always going to dominate)
2. San Diego 10-6 (I think they'll be surprisingly good and could possibly even challenge for the division crown)
3. Kansas City 7-9 (I don't think they'll be as good as they were last year)
4. Oakland 3-13 (Rookie QB will have his struggles, but they are improving...but we say that every year)
NFC South:
1. New Orleans 13-3 (As dangerous as ever and their roster looks even better than last year)
2. Atlanta 9-7 (Should rebound, but they still have big holes at key positions)
3. Tampa Bay 8-8 (Josh McCown will have to play out of his mind again to get to ten wins, but Lovie is a top notch coach)
4. Carolina 6-10 (They tend to have bad seasons following good ones)
NFC East:
1. Philadelphia 10-6 (Foles won't be what he was last year, but this team is still very good)
2. Washington 8-8 (They'll improve, but won't be a top team until RG3 gets his act together)
3. Cowboys 7-9 (That defense is gonna give up a lot of points, but that offense can score plenty too)
4. NY Giants 6-10 (Major offensive line problems, new offense didn't get anything done in preseason)
NFC North:
1. Chicago 12-4 (They always disappoint me, but I'm going with Chicago finally living up to their potential this year)
2. Detroit 10-6 (They should stop underachieving now that Schwartz is gone)
3. Green Bay 9-7 (That defense is gonna be a big problem)
4. Minnesota 4-12 (Major issues at QB, AP can't do it all)
NFC West:
1. Seattle 12-4 (Defending champs are still very good but lost some key players)
2. Arizona 9-7 (This is a solid team)
3. San Francisco 8-8 (Major injuries and suspensions will cost them)
4. St. Louis 2-14 (having the best defensive line won't overcome their major problems just about everywhere else)
Playoff seeds:
AFC:
1. New England
2. Denver
3. Indianapolis
4. Baltimore
5. San Diego
6. Cincinnati
NFC:
1. New Orleans
2. Seattle
