I recently got it into my head that Washington needs yet another amateur taking mediocre shots of local monuments, and the recent blizzard gave me a good excuse, as the colors were nice and the streets were free of tourists for a few hours. These are the results.
I also made a day trip to Baltimore recently, as part of a much larger escapade that leads back to a piece of Icelandic art that I lost at a train station. I've been meaning to post the story for awhile now, but instead I put up a few snaps I took while we were wandering around town.
