burnt to a crisp
omg, I'm sooo freaking burnt. I went to a track inivite today...
ok, story of my day, wake up at 7:00 to drive to the animal hospital 40 minutes away to get my cat that got fixed yesterday. (he's doing really well, he was glad to see me and has been active and happy as usual) But the fog was really bad, so it took longer to get there than planned. Then there was a payment that they didn't tell my dad about so it took about 15 minutes to get that straightened out, then I SPED home. I'm glad the cops weren't watching.
Then I get to track and I PRed pole vault! yay 6'6"!! but after I ran the mile, they disqualified me, b/c they'd hadn't given me enough time to to prepare. they didn't make a third call, only a second, and a 3rd for 110 dash. quick race. no time to prepare. >:( So I was in a hurry and didn't think about it. growl. I didn't come it last, though I didn't place in the top 6 (which gained points). But the rest of the time, I sat in the stand. I didn't even know I had burnt untill someone gasped and said "Oh My God!" I was like WHAT? and they showed me that I was burnt. I then crawled into the tent to escape further damage. *sigh* I have to go to prom like this. growl...
