The Good the Bad and the Random
Ok, bad news first. I am sick. I have a cold and I'm on two different inhalers, one of which can give me thrush (which of course I was just thrilled to hear). But hopefully I'll stop trying to cough my bronchial lungs out... (i'm not sure if that all made sence)
ok, Good news now! Jake and I are going to prom and it's uber exciting! I've never been to prom, and I have no idea what to expect except that it's really fancy and prom dresses are pretty expensive. so me and jake are going in black and red. or at least, that's what color tux he got (which just imagining him in just sounds pretty good looking. So, that means I'm going in red, red and black, or black with red jewlry and ect. But, anyway, I thought I would tell ya all!
oh and I'm super excited b/c april 1st, jake and I'll will have been together for 6 months (that's exactly half a year for you slow ones) He's so sweet.
In other news, Battle of the Bands was last night (that I almost didn't get to go to). LIR got 2nd (think that if the sound hadn't been screwed up, I think they prolly would have gotten first) and a Peaceful Storm got 1st. They were ok, but they played a Jonny Cash song and that's the only time I have ever enjoyed a Jonny Cash song. I can't stand his voice, so when other people sing his songs is the only time I can tolerate it, but it sounds pretty hard to mimic, so it's hard to come by good versions of it. anyway, I REALY have to pee, so I'm gonna go and not piss my pants. yay!
