I haven't been online much lately. Hubby was home on his days off so we tried to get as much done as possible during that time. That didn't leave much time for surfing the net especially since dial-up is so pokey

Bummer about the high speed internet. When will they get the tower up? I'd go nuts without a link to the outside world.

Bummer about the pumpkins. Weather this year has been crazy. We've gone 23 days with no rain, which is unusual for this time of year. We wonder what our dry spell, due later this summer, will be like. We've always been wet enough that fire wasn't a big concern. That may be changing.

It sounds like you are staying busy. Take care and check in from time to time. I miss hearing from you.

The tower is supposed to be up and running soon. Who knows exactly when that will be.
We got a few sprinkles of rain last night but it wasn't nearly enough. We need for it to rain for a few days or a week to get back on track.

Frost in June? That's insane!

No kidding! Around here the rule of thumb is don't plant before the end of May as the risk of frost is too high. June is supposed to be safe. It could have been worse. In southern Alberta they had snow the first week of June.
We are enjoying warmer weather now, in fact it's supposed to be hot this weekend.
