tired
We had one day of mild weather and then the temperature headed back down again. Burrrr.
I stayed at home today and puttered around the house. I put away a number of things that had taken up residence on our dining room table and on the built in desk in the dining room. I brought our shredder upstairs and shredded quite a stack of paper. The main floor looks a bit tidier but needs to be vacuumed.I finally managed to finish cleaning my craft room. I went through my stash of paper scraps and took all the small pieces out for my grandson to use. I finished updating my stamp set inventory list and removed all of the retiring accessories from shelves. Some I'll give to my grandson, others I may try to sell. Tomorrow after my Curves workout I hope to start re-hemming the three pair of pants I bought a couple of weeks ago. I finally have room to set up my sewing machine.
This evening I worked on the shawl I started knitting last week. I pulled it all out so that I could work it up on a circular needle. It would have been way to wide to work on regular knitting needles.
Sophie seems to be finally catching on to using the pee pad. I am very happy about this as I was starting to feel like my whole life was centered on cleaning up after her. Teddy settled down in his kennel last night but woke some time during the night and I ended up bringing him in bed with me so that he didn't wake Sophie. Maybe one night he'll actually stay in his kennel for the whole night. *fingers crossed*
It's getting late, I guess I should head off to bed.
