Reserving a Room at the Margate
Reservations at the Margate for the weekend of the conference CANNOT be made through their website. Because the hotel is blocked in its entirety just for us, the website will tell you it is sold out. There are, in fact, still rooms available. To reserve your room, please call the Margate directly: 1-800-627-4283.

Remember, you can utilize the Aeternitas 2011 forums to find a roommate for the con! Our forums can be found HERE.
Traveling to Laconia
Due to the high population of muggles in Laconia, and that the hotel is owned and operated by muggles, we have opted not to allow any wizarding means of travel for Aeternitas 2011.
The Margate has free parking for hotel guests. As such, driving is one of the best options for all local and regional witches and wizards. Searching for carpooling buddies on the Aeternitas 2011 Forums is encouraged!
You can also fly or take a Greyhound Bus* to the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in Manchester, NH. The airport is a little over an hour's drive to Laconia. We are offering a shuttle service to and from the airport for an additional fee (details below)
*Please note that when purchasing a Greyhound ticket to Manchester, your destination should be: Manchester Arpt (e), NH. There are two Greyhound stops in Manchester, and the airport one is the correct stop if you plan on utilizing our shuttle service.
Shuttle Buses will run between the hotel and the airport/bus station on Wednesday, April 27th, Thursday, April 28th, Sunday, May 1st, and Monday, May 2nd. The cost of the shuttle is $20.00 each way.
Attendees will be grouped onto shuttles based on their arrival and departure times. We will schedule everyone on a shuttle no more than 1 1/2 hours after their arrival time, and get people to the airport 2-3 hours prior to their departure time. We will do our best to keep everyone's time in the airport to the minimum. Specific times will be assigned no later than the last week of March.
