COLLOQUI's:
A Colloqui is a meet-up group, or a gathering of fans with a similar interest. They can be about any interest- Harry Potter or otherwise. Specific crafts, intellectual discussions, discussions/celebrations of your favorite ‘ship, other fandoms, etc.
Colloqui’s are run and organized by you. We will post the information on the Aeternitas site and list it in our program. We will also provide you with a place to meet, if you choose, or you can pick from one of the many restaurants in the area- if that is your preference. Otherwise, it is all up to you!
If you are planning a Colloqui please send an e-mail with the Subject: "Colloqui Submission" to informalprogramming@aeternitas2011.org.
Please include the following info in your email:
FAN FICTION READINGS:
Fanfiction readings will be scheduled in the Blackstone Lounge on Friday and Saturday during the day. Readings can be 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes long. All readings should be rated R or lower.
If you would like to read fanfiction at Aeternitas, please email us with the subject "Fan Fiction Submission" at informalprogramming@aeternitas2011.org.

Want to host something at our con that can't be covered in formal programming or a Colloqui? Just send us an e-mail. Here are some ideas that came our way but we didn't have anyone to host them (hint hint ;):
Note: Drawblers and Drabblers, we got your back! There will be a Drawbler/Drabbler table at our 24 hour common room with paper, markers, pens, etc. =D

We will also provide you with a place to meet, if you choose, or you can pick from one of the many restaurants in the area- if that is your preference. Otherwise, it is all up to you!
If you are planning a Colloqui please send an e-mail with the Subject: "Colloqui Submission" to informalprogramming@aeternitas2011.org.
Please include the following info in your email:
Your Name
Colloqui Name (ie. Dr. Who Fans, Snermione Forever, Colin Creavy Cosplayers of America, Ravenclaws who love Suduku, etc. )
Colloquie Description (ie. Are you a wizard who also wants a TARDIS of their very own? Or: If you love a good Snape/Hermione fic, come chat with us!)
Contact email (Also tell us if this should be made public or not)
Day and time you would like to host your Colloqui
Location of your Colloqui (Or you can ask us to give you a space, or a list of restaurants that are close by)
Anything else you think people will need to know: ie- if you need RSVPs because you are handing out goody-bags, or making reservations. Or, if your Colloqui is a knitting circle, you might want people to bring supplies, etc.

Any potential scheduling conflicts (ie, you are going to Castle in the Clouds on Saturday, or you are also an accepted presenter for Formal Programming)

Exercise like KRUM! : Early morning yoga or workout group
Fan art portfolio sharing
Musical Movie sing alongs (Repo!, Doctor Horrible, AVPM, AVPS, Rocky Horror)
