Bah
I just went to see Underworld: Rise of the Lycans. What I didn't realize is it's a prequel. I caught a trailer on tv (I don't remember if I even saw the entire trailer) and thought "Osnap, Underworld 3." It's not that it was a bad movie; it's just that the backstory that they covered was entirely explained in the first Underworld movie, and they didn't really add much of anything to it. Knowing how it was going to end pretty much killed any tension they were building, which is a shame because I'm pretty sure if I hadn't known, it would have actually been pretty fun. As a result, I was bored silly during the first movie I've gone to see in months. I wish I had gone to see Taken or the International instead. >:/
