STATE OF THE VARIOUS BULLSHIT SIDE PROJECTS ADDRESS
This is more an organizational thing for myself than anything else, because I love hearing myself talk, but I guess people might be interested so whatever.
PROJECT RUNDOWN:
Roadside - still mah baby, although I kind of want to get better hosting/supplies before I blow my creative wad on it again. but that would require moneys, and I don't have any moneys, so I might end up just winging it. I've got a whole crapload of it fully formed in my head, I just need to drill a hole and pour it out into the proper receptacle.
The Tomb - still mah other, slightly uglier, not-fully-formed baby. I dunno what to do with it. I might do it up as a little comic miniseries to kill time while I search for people willing to give me moneys, although I'm not entirely sold on abandoning the original idea of making an adventure game out of it. even though it's transparently obvious that I just really want to be Yahtzee, although watching a Let's Play of the Chzo Mythos for shits and giggles is kind of souring me on that. were the games always this batshit crazy?
Lucid - I bet everyone's either forgotten about this or never actually knew about it. but not me! still wanna finish this, I think the (theoretical) gameplay could be interesting.
Invasion! - I've kind of got this one on retainer in case I'm bored and want to work on something other than what I'm supposed to be doing. I still think the idea of playing X-COM from the other side is interesting. unfortunately programming it the first time around almost killed me, so... yyyyup.
