A new country (Dean/Castiel) NC17 | ~3150
Co-written as a bit of stumbled-upon porn/IM conversation between 22by7 and aesc because, well, what isn't hot about car sex? That's what I thought.

( Everything leads down to this one day, when he's slumped in the passenger seat of his car, bones liquefied by heat and no sleep, with weird, not-metal music playing - beamed in from some place Dean's pretty sure isn't broadcasting on the radio - on the Impala's stereo and an angel behind the wheel. )

Thank you so much! As for the music, I think 22 says she had bageshri in mind, as she was sending me a bunch of classical music and we were imagining Castiel playing music on the radio... only not a tape, and not a radio station, just beaming it in :P

No offence to the porn - the porn was hot! - but my favourite thing about this is all the intimations about Cas' semi-angelic state. Almost human but not quite. SO GREAT. And as ever the prose is lush. ♥

*hugs* Thank you! We thought that would be kind of interesting... Cas right on the edge of falling all the way, but possibly being okay with it. I kind of love him like that too, where he's mostly human but there's still enough angel about him to tell.

I like it that Dean trusts Cas that much that he doesn't freak out when Cas drives his Baby.
Until the last sentenced I fear that some hick with a gun will come and give them a hard time - but luckily the people in the roadhouse seem to be busy somewhere else :-)
