My favorite is when I tried to update, but after writing for a year, I want to scroll and see what I wrote, but CTRL is held (on Dean's computer, he has a program that holds keys down until another key is hit) and when I roll the scrolling wheel, the browser goes back a few pages, and I've lost a million years of typing in just a few seconds.
