NY Cruise 2010
Typically, I keep a written log of what I've done each day that I'm away or at least try to. This time, I didn't write down anything until I was waiting at the airport yesterday... So yah, a lot of details are missing XD
Itinerary
Day 0 - New York, NY, USA (Disembarkation day)
Day 1 - Newport, Rhodes Island, USA
Day 2 - Boston, Massachusetts, USA
Day 3 - Bar Harbor, Maine, USA
Day 4 - St. John's, New Brunswick, Canada
Day 5 - Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
Day 6 - Sea day
Day 7 - New York, NY, USA (Arrival and leaving of ship)
Activities
1. Shopping (lol~ always top of the list!)
2. Walking around at the ports
3. Tours - a couple (one in Boston, one in Bar Harbor)
4. Shows (on ship)
5. Gambling (on ship, just a tiny bit)
6. Eating
7. Sleeping
Shopping Purchases
1. Shot glasses (for Seifrus)
2. Postcards (what I collect from trips~)
3. Cup (what I sometimes collect if I find something nice)
4. Jewelery (earrings, rings, necklaces)
5. Whisky cake! (for Seifrus)
I was cheap this time... Lol~ I didn't buy a shot glass from each place because I didn't find ones that I liked or they were kind of pricey. But I still got a couple ^^ The whisky cake is supposed to make up for that... XD It's really yummy! I got to try a sample~
Food
It's a cruise... There is a ton of good food! Last time, I kept a log of what I ate during supper because it's a 5-course meal every night, but since I was lazy this time around, I didn't... Lol~ But there was different kinds of fish, lobster, shrimp, scallops, steak, etc. And lots and lots of yummy desserts!! Like oh my gosh! haha, yup... I gained weight... Bah~
Highlights
1. The awesome food~
2. Visiting different cities that I wouldn't get enough time to get to regularly.
3. The shows. They were really well done~
4. The cruise ship crush. AHAHA~ This deserves its own post and will actually get it~
- As for all the posts that I missed... Oh my GOSH guys! Did you REALLY have to spam while I was away?!?! Lol~ Anyways, I ended up skimming through most of them and only commented on a couple. I read all the important parts. And I took a few things (Haruko) even though I didn't comment! It's too much work to go back and comment on everything.
*sigh* All I can say is that I'm sad to be back because that means I have to go back to work! Bah~ And no more crush cutie for me to see!! XD
Okay~ So time to work on that post, because you're all nosy and I'm sure you want to know alllll the details and I'll give them to you, alllll of them, because haha! That's what made the transit time in getting home survivable~
