First Real One...
So yesterday, I was chatting up a storm with a friend of mine via text. He had to work late and ya, we just regularly text each other back and forth. He's one of the reasons why I got my new phone.
My ancient relic (as he called it) was so slow that it takes like a minute to load the text. Equally long to load the reply screen. By the time I'm in the middle of typing a reply, he has already sent another 3 messages. Then to back track so I can read the new messages, the phone would lag and take 5 minutes to sort itself out. You really couldn't get it to do more than one thing at a time. ANNOYING!
Anyways, out of the blue he asks if I've been to a concert before. Then I asked him what kind - Linkin Park. I replied in the negative since the only concert I've been to is a small one at the local auditorium, not a full-blown one.
Long story short, I'm going to a LP concert now! Haha~ It had been ages since I listened to their stuff, but I did enjoy their music. Just fell off the radar with my transition into J-music. I'm sure I have some of their CDs kicking around, though I would have to dig them out. Now, I just need to catch up on their latest stuff!
I have about 2 months since they'll be here in February. I think we got nicer seats, so I told my friend I'm fine with the cost. I'll treat it as a self-indulgent birthday present XD
Woohoo! Kinda excited! Now to hunt down some LP music and load it onto my iPod!
