10 Days and Countdown!!
Oh my goooosh! IT'S AUGUST!!! I have 9 more days until I'm officially on holidays!! I'm starting to get excited about it~~
Unfortunately, I'll SERIOUSLY need it... Ugh.
Things are sooo crazy busy at work that I just come home exhausted everyday. My coworker is on holidays; starting from last week Thursday. We never cleared all the stuff on our backlog then and it just keeps piling up. We get a couple things done and then get more samples... Ackk!
I have one girl helping me in the lab, except she's not fully trained up. She only knows how to do the work, which is the middle portion of it. I still have to log in samples when they come in. When the work is done, I have to log them out and send out the reports.
Mostly, she does the routine testing while I get to handle the more "special" projects... And when I thought this one major test was done, another set for the same type of test comes in... >__<;;
It's not a difficult test, but it's one that's kind of time consuming. And ugh... I've just been doing it for the last two months straight. I'm sick of it!
Well, the nice thing is that I get some pre-vacation days as well as some post-vacation days - you know, to prep for it and recover from it... haha! We leave on a Tuesday, so I have my regular Sunday/Monday to just chill out before then. We come back on a Saturday, so once again... The regular Sunday/Monday to recover XD
But yeaaah! It's coming up sooo quick!
Speaking of trips though, have you girls had a chance to look into flights/accommodations (whatever you need)?
