Because if you do, either you are saying that you love fat-bottomed girls and any potential romantic partner will suspect that you love her because she has a big butt, or you potential romantic partners will think they do not have a big butt and are therefore less attractive to you than other girls. Either way, there is no good outcome and you are a jerk who is best avoided.
Interestingly, the song "I Like Big Butts" by Sir-Mix-A-Lot doesn't have the same problems. Possibly because Sir Mix-a-lot concedes that the "big butts" he likes are most attractive on women with "itty bitty waists" and overall good physical fitness, rather than just overall chunkiness.
