1. When was the last time you wrote a check at a store?
Two years ago I forgot my wallet but had my checkbook in my purse and I paid for pizza with a check. I bet I write maybe like five checks a year. MAYBE.
2. When was the last time you looked up something in a book?
Yesterday. I have a pile of breastfeeding and baby books someone gave me that I sometimes read, because I pick up things I might not think to google. I look up things in books a lot, in fact (librarian). Citation information is probably the most common. And I'm not counting general just reading here.
3. When was the last time you used a dial phone?
No clue. I'm guessing well over 15 years ago.
4. When was the last time you played cards with actual paper cards?
Christmas. My family likes cards. At Christmas it's Nerts (my FAVORITE), in the summer it's Euchre.
5. When was the last time you talked to a stranger?
Um. Wednesday? That was the last time I was on the reference desk and I nearly always talk to strangers there.
