Baked (Shirred) Eggs:
You will need eggies, ramekins (those ceramic bowl/plate thingies you make creme brulee in), and whatever you want in your eggs. Some suggestions are roasted garlic, basil, roasted red peppers, bacon bits, shredded cheddar, artichoke/spinach dip, laughing cow light cheese wedges, other soft cheeses, salsa... whatever you'd like, really.
Preheat oven to 375.
Grease ramekins with a light spray of Pam.
Put what you want to have with you egg at the bottom of greased ramekin. Pay attention to serving size.
Crack the egg into ramekin on top of the other stuff.
Bake for 10-15 minutes (my oven needs 15).
Salt and pepper to taste, and eat. Yummo.
