Another great line in a series that has been full of them. :)

This was a nice end to a fantastic series, sweet without being saccharine and neatly tying everything up without being pat.

I sincerely hope there will be more one day. :)

Methos took Jack into his arms and kissed him passionately. Jack responded with wild abandon tempered by a thread of sadness, only breaking the kiss as the need for air outweighed other considerations.

Oh wow. Just wow.

I don't know where to start, that was a fantastic story featuring my two favorite Immortals. I've been following your postings for while now via hl flash but I wanted to wait untill it was finished until I read it, and boy, was it worth it ( ... )

Friend away! :) I really appreciate your comments, and I do hope you enjoy my other stuff (even though it is getting on a bit now). There is just something irresistible about Jack and Methos isn't there ? *g*

What a lovely, lovely story. So many wonderful moments and well realized voices.

A particularly stand-out bit is where Methos mentions having been with the Doctor, and Jack being both amused and ok with that. And just the *image* of Methos and the (9th, I assume) Doctor is too wonderful for words.

I also loved recognizing the TARDIS in the hieroglyphics, the fact that the TARDIS 'recognized' Methos' quickening and the sword-dance for the Wongs.

Sweet, hot, interesting, and a tremendously good read. Thank you, and I do hope we get more -- I want to read about Ianto & Jack getting together, and what happens when Methos visits again....

Thanks for your comments, I'm glad you enjoyed the story. As for Jack/Ianto and Methos there will probably be a longer fic, but for now there's only the drabbles.
