ZERO more finals to go!
Okay, my Dad found a CD of mine in his car titled "Fiesta Mix," subtitled "Track States 2001." Not knowing/caring what to do with it, I threw it in my school bag. When I got to work today I found it in there and decided to pop into the computer. It's pretty amusing. "Jump on it" was what made me laugh the hardest. I remember back in the day of Napster and Morpheus I used to make CDs seriously every other week. As a result, they are generally filled with junk, but it does make for a good laugh. Ahhh good times...
I'm DONE with finals. School is OVER until March. Could I BE happier?? Well... probably, but I'm still pretty happy. I'll still be working. I think. I hope. I need to get all that junk worked out now. Yea!
My finals generally went well. I think I faired pretty well on anthro. I did all I could and I wrote alot. After taking the test, I think I studied as well I as I could for that one, so I'll be okay with whatever grade I get. Spanish grammar was easy. Spanish Lit was kind of annoying. It was just two essay questions and they were pretty though. I honestly felt like I was just rambling in Spanish. Perhaps even incoherently, I don't know. Oh well. As it turns out, I got an A on my 8 page paper!! That was EXTREMELY EXCITING. Whoo! I am loving my prof for that. I'll love him even more if he gives me an A overall.
Enough about school...
Yesterday, my fam and I went to the Redwings game against the Bluejackets (aka Federov's team). It was AWESOME. We had tickets to suite, which meant unlimited free pizza, beer, and a deceivingly great view (and our own bathroom). The game was close, back and forth the whole time, and the entire Joe (including myself) booed whenever Federov touched the puck. Then the game went into overtime and finally SHOOTOUT (first one in the Joe!). Let me tell you, shootouts are FUN. Columbus made one and missed one, Detroit made two, and it was in the hands of Federov to keep Columbus in the game. After TONS of boos, Federov MISSED his shot and we won. We couldn't have asked for a better ending.
