you break, you sow, you hide your ghosts; you burn, you glow, you turn to coals

Yesterday the sun stained my cheeks a flushed pink, and today the wind blew the leaves from the white willow in my backyard.
Tomorrow marks my final day of junior year; I find it incredible that I survived. Did I even survive? Who knows. I turned in the last portion of my architecture project and began crying to my teacher because I knew I could have done better. But the word 'done' is all I need right now, and it's enough.

Why did I start crying when I saw that trailer? Perhaps it's something about childhood lost. Perhaps it's just the Arcade Fire song playing. I'm not sure. But regardless, I've been watching it a lot recently.

An Alice in Wonderland Remix. Someone took clips/sounds from the movie and turned it into easily the trippiest thing I have ever seen/heard.

I've forgotten what these were called, but they used to be my absolute favorite thing in the world. You would put them on plastic boards, iron them, and voila, a masterpiece. Ian Wright is an artist who creates pixel-like pieces without using pixels; instead, he'll use pushpins or crayon tops, or these.
