We went to the second game of the '07 Calder Cup Conference playoffs. The ref was being a complete bastard calling trumped-up penalties on the Bears and turning a blind eye to anything the Monarchs did to us. Even though the Monarchs had numerous power plays and several 5-on-3s, we still kicked their asses 4 to 1, culminating in an empty net goal. Next 2 games are in Manchester . . .
