but hey, I recommend if you're all interested, really just start by drink (and buying) diet. You'll be able to tell how much vs. your parents how much soda you drink! lol
But really, diet soda can help kill sugar-induced hunger. As per still being lazy yet wanting to eat good (my whole house agrees) get frozen foods - like eat some buffalo wings every other day for lunch or hot dogs or something with less of anything you consider evil.
Also highly recommend - and a major problem for me when I'm not making the food - is to not eat huge meals. First of try to always start with half of what you want or plan to eat. This way a) you have to take your time to digest while you make the rest, plus b) you get into a habit of eating like the world (minus USA) in portions. Eating smaller meals (or if you must, the same size meals) more times a day increases your metabolism and burns lots of energy because your body is busy digesting all day -which requires energy.
So anyhoo, I have to go sell crap at work now. Despite the blurring snow blizzard appearing slowly out my window.
