Adventures in Philly
Today I went to Philly for my course advising/registration appointment at Temple. The quite awesome ergo_awesome goes to Temple as well, and very graciously offered to show me around for a little bit before my appointment.
Well, that didn't happen.
Me being the genius I am, I disregarded the directions to go to the 1800 block of Broad St., where the main visitor parking lot is, and instead parked at the first lot near a Temple sign I saw, which was near all the med-school buildings.
So I had to hike 14 blocks. In 90 degree heat.
I did not meet ergo_awesome , unfortunately. I got sunburned instead.
But at least now I know a little bit more about that part of the city.
Work tomorrow! Yay for menial labor jobs...
