WORLD TOUR 2008
SATURDAY NIGHT!! WAS SPENT JUST METRES AWAY FROM JAY. It was SO GOOD and he was TOO CUTE, and I'm so sad now that I'm not a hardcore photographer! All I have are some pictures of blobs and a grand total of like two pictures where, if you squint, you can kind of make out a Jay Chou-like countenance D:

Before it started, our view + sold-out stadium (not ours)
Started with 黄金甲/Huang Jin Jia with fighting people
Took off his feathery coat thing when he sang 无双/Wu Shuang
麦芽糖/Mai Ya Tang! Walked over to our side! Notice the dancing clowns, though? :(
Sang to us!

黑色幽默/Hei Se You Mo while on the piano!! The worst photo in the world! He also sang 最长的电影/Zui Chang De Dian Ying (accompanied by sad MV) and 安静/An Jing :)
千里之外/Qian Li Zhi Wai
Male dancers with big white fans made of feathers. And an almost good shot of him! If you look closer you can actually tell it's him!
You can tell it's his face in this one too.
本草纲目/Ben Cao Gang Mu (or was it 夜的第七章/Ye De Di Qi Zhang?), he threw his sparkly cane into the audience!! But towards the people somewhere to the right of us.
夜曲/Ye Qu. I don't know if you can tell but, bizarrely, he is sitting on a giant pink stiletto. Biwen and I were pissed off at the two whores feeling him up all throughout the song :(
After the Nan Quan Ma Ma segment, I think this is 开不了口/Kai Bu Liao Kou :D Yeah, the whole of NQMM was there, even Lara - but he didn't sing 珊瑚海/Shan Hu Hai!
He's getting the audience to sing along and he is wearing a sparkly blazer. He wore these gold sneakers throughout, possibly some sort of dunk. I'm very glad he decided against sleevelessness in any form this time (except on his far fitter male dancers, including male stripper-esque outfits during 牛仔很忙/Niu Zai Hen Mang) and went with fitted shirts most of the time. Good move, Jay!
First encore (I'm sure it's all pre-planned though) - he did a drum solo. Please marry me.

How about in this one? Not easy, I know - here he is.
And this one is just unfair. Anyway, he came down from the stage on the far side (during 阳光宅男/Yang Guang Zai Nan I think) and only went as far as the middle before returning :( Not anywhere near us, even though like everyone left their seats and rushed to the front. Still, nice thing to do for your fans.
Second encore, he played the gu zheng. Every girl in the audience is made happy in her panties!
I think you could probably recognise faces in the audience but who is the blob in the foreground?? :( I think this is during 发如雪/Fa Ru Xue. He is in a glittery gold suit. If only people could wear glittery gold suits in real life! I would do it every day.
Last song was 双节棍/Shuang Jie Gun that Kh had been totally hyped up for since like an hour into the concert. He (Jay) also did a nice acoustic version of it during the Nan Quan Ma Ma segment, here's a really lousy youtube video.
Right before he threw or just having thrown his nunchucks into the audience! AGAIN just to the right of us! Biwen and I were very bummed but still, what a thoughtful superstar! He even ended the concert at 11 so everyone could get home before the bus and train services stopped! I still reached home only at 2 though but even though I'm running on about 9 hours of sleep over the past 2 days, I only have to think about the concert and I am filled with a mysterious energy! Thanks for everything, Jay!
Worth the whole $200 - except apparently you could've paid like $20 to see him in an even more personal manner had you gone to Zouk Friday night!!?
