Well - I'm off! Four-thirty flight from Boston to Heathrow (landing at 6.30 a.m. Oy.) leaves this afternoon. It's not where I thought I'd be going as of six months ago, but I'm psyched nonetheless. Hopefully, hopefully, England will be everything I've always imagined it would be (though I really wish I had the time to get up north as well). I know Paris will be, even though it's supposed to be raining on the 11th and 12th, when I'll be there.
Ahh...I love the smell of Europe in the morning. (Reference, anyone?)
